The Amana Heavy Volume Commercial Microwave Model HDC182 features 1800 watts of cooking power for faster cooking, steaming, and re-therming, resulting in excellent food quality with more throughput. This product does not require a vent hood, and has a unique dual (top and bottom) antenna system resulting in consistent, fast cooking. This model features an exceptional fit and finish, durable construction, and rounded easy to clean corners; teflon coated steel interlocks tested beyond industry standards (to withstand thousands of door closings); and an inner and outer tempered glass window to prevent clouding for clear, easily monitored cooking. The product accepts one 6" deep 1/2 size food pan and easily cooks, steams, and boost heats single portions. The item includes 100 program menu settings, 4 stages of cooking, and a maximum cook time of 60:00 (compared to competition's 35:00).
